Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 4, 2026 (updated September 17, 2026 to cover analytics, crash reporting and advertising measurement)

This privacy policy describes how Snake Game: Mini Games ("the App"), developed by Overdrive Desenvolvimento de Softwares e Consultoria em Informática LTDA ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or account details. There are no user accounts, no login functionality and no registration of any kind. All gameplay data (your player name, coins, unlocked skins, auras, achievements and high scores) is stored locally on your device.

The third-party services described in the next section do collect device identifiers, anonymous usage data, and crash and diagnostic reports. We use them to measure how the App is used, to find and fix defects, and to measure whether our advertising works.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect information:

• Google AdMob — displays rewarded video advertisements. When you choose to watch a rewarded ad, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, device information (model, operating system, screen size), IP address and ad interaction data, in order to serve relevant ads.
• Google Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage data: app opens, session duration, screens viewed and in-app actions such as which game mode you start, how a run ends and which achievements you unlock. It collects device identifiers (Firebase installation ID, and the advertising identifier on Android) and IP addresses. No personally identifiable information is collected. This is what lets us see how players actually use the three game modes and improve them.
• Sentry — detects crashes and errors. When the App crashes or hits an error, Sentry receives a diagnostic report: the error and its stack trace, the App's own log file for that session, the App version, and technical details of the device and operating system (model, OS version, available memory and storage). We do not send your name, email or any account identifier, and these reports are not used for advertising or tracking. They exist so we can find and fix defects. Data is processed by Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry).
• Meta (Facebook) SDK — measures the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. If you install the App from an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, the SDK helps us understand which advertisement led to the install. It may collect device identifiers and app events such as app opens and in-game actions. On iOS you are asked for permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking occurs; if you decline, only aggregate attribution data is collected through Apple's SKAdNetwork.

The data each service collects is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy, and we have no access to or control over data we do not receive ourselves. The App uses no other third-party SDKs, has no social media integration and does not sell any data to anyone.

3. Platform Permissions

On Android, the App requests the following permissions, both required solely for AdMob to function:

• INTERNET: Required to load advertisements and to send analytics and crash reports.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to check network availability before requesting ads.

On iOS, the App does not request access to the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, or any other sensitive user data. iOS shows the standard App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may change that choice at any time from iOS Settings, and it does not affect your ability to play the game. If you decline, AdMob serves non-personalized ads and the Meta SDK does not collect your advertising identifier; advertising measurement then relies only on Apple's aggregate SKAdNetwork.

None of these permissions is used to collect or transmit personal data. They exist so that the services listed above can operate.

4. Local Data Storage

The App saves your game progress locally on your device. This includes your chosen player name, earned coins, unlocked cosmetic items, and achievement progress. We operate no servers and no cloud storage for your game data, so this data never leaves your device. If you uninstall the App, this locally stored data will be deleted.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App asks for no personal information from any user. Because it does show third-party advertising and does measure usage through the services listed above, parental guidance is recommended for younger users.

6. Data Security

We operate no server that holds your data, so there is nothing of yours for us to lose. Your local game data is stored using the standard storage mechanisms provided by your device's operating system. The security of the data collected by Google, Sentry and Meta is governed by each provider's own security practices.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
